Hi, Is the screw on Ultracortex also coated with Ag-AgCl? Can I replace it with a regular stainless steel screw? Thank you.

Why not just reuse the existing bolt (screw) that previously held on the dry electrode?
Generally, since the dry electrode comb teeth or cone / flat surface does not touch the scalp, the type of bolt should not make any difference.
If you see that the bolt head is grey / black, this means it has been coated. Normal stainless is shiny metallic.
