Comments
I think that I finally discover the issue. I have an CSR dongle, the one that say Bluetooth 4.0.
I need to get the BLE112 dongle.
Should I buy any USB 5.0 dongle or I should buy the one from the store (openbci)?
Im in Uruguay and the post office is really slow right now so if can buy some locally would be great.
@victhor You are correct that the CSR dongle has been deprecated, due to connectivity issues across operating systems.
To get the Ganglion working on Linux in 2020, please use the BLED112 dongle from the store.
OpenBCI is still taking orders and shipping internationally during this time.
Hope this helps!

Victhor, hi.
If you can find the BLED112 from a local distributor in South America, that will work fine.
https://www.silabs.com/wireless/bluetooth/bluegiga-low-energy-legacy-modules/device.bled112
Distributors listed are Arrow, Farnell / Newark, and Digikey. I don't believe Farnell is in South America. Digikey is mainly US.
https://www.arrow.com/en/support/contact-support/find-an-arrow-office
https://www.farnell.com/where-we-operate/
It's possible that Maker / hobbiest companies in your area may stock it.
Regards, William
