    I am not exactly sure, but they ordered the whole set of OpenBCI (wifi, bluetooth, etc) atleast 3-4 years back. It was ordered by university and I am using it now in the Robotics lab

    re: dongle. Yes, if your computer has built-in Bluetooth, it should work without the dongle. Although the dongle is inexpensive and allows support of older computers / operating systems.

    Unfortunately the Ganglion wireless data stream (via Bluetooth), is already at capacity. In fact the 4 channels of data are already highly compressed just to fit in the available bandwidth. See:

    Modify the source code to sync via bluetooth different data streams (ganglion + IMU's). This is probably a much difficult and complex project.
