@retiutut Is there a non-standalone version? i.e. an installation version? I am now running the 4.2.0 (beta). Is that the version that you mention that does not require Admin permission?

@retiutut there is no such folder. There was no installation file, just an executable for the main GUI and when I run it it the GUI appears. Did I download the incorrect files?

I did but but don't want to install other stuff. I checked and reinstalled the drivers (6 months old). But I then installed Version 4.20 beta) instead of the 4.17 and it works straight away. So that solves it. Thank you for your feedback.

Thank you William, Windows has been installed fresh on the PC two weeks ago and the only other software on the PC is MS Office. So I don't think that's it. What else can it be? Thank you
