Hi, as you say yourself, _GND is not connected to AGND in the schematics. They are isolated from each other by the ADUM6010 chip. I can send you the PCB layout i made and you can check out the in PCB grounding Comment by rick June 2014

Got it working! The fault was at my program, it needed some threading to get all of the data.
