Sorry that I didn't mention it before, I have tried to run as Administrator many times, but still have same error. Otherwise I would not ask for help here

@retiutut Thank you for response . If I understood right GUI is making directory and files by itself, so I tried to ''reinstall'' but still have same error. By reinstall I meant to delete all folders with files in it which belongs to GUI. So th…
