Hello, I purchased this Cyton system in 2016 (getting to be a while ago!). The system has worked well in the past. The version I am using it Version 1 (1). I updated firmware just two weeks ago. Thanks so much for the help!!

You'll see in the screenshots that I switched one of the electrodes from the 2nd channel to the 3rd in hopes that might change something. No luck.
