• Yes, I have used the correct library. Dongle is working fine, even on the new library. But wifi shield is still not working. It shows RESP_CONNECT_ERROR.  Any idea why? My guess is that, board is not connecting with the wifi shield.

• It doesnt generate hex file, I programmed it using arduino. It works fine.

• Yes file error is fixed by choosing Generic ESP8266 board.  But arduino is not generating any hex file. Without the hex file I cant burn code to my ESP8266 module.  Any idea?
