Hi, our cyton board dongle seems to have stopped working .it lights up upon connection and then stops blinking and it is not recognised in the OpenBCI GUI . The board was purchased in Jan .Is there anything that can be done to fix it?

Thankyou.Our electrodes have seem to lost colour in the process of cleaning. Could this lead to some problem in recording signals???

Hi,We connect red ,purple ,green and yellow to the bottom pins and black and white for bias and reference. however on OpenBCI we are also getting signals on orange elctrode that is not connected(just noise) ,is there some mistake we are making?

Thank you so much! Could u suggest any other head-caps with holes based on 10-20 system that come without electrodes that we could use with the gold electrodes and the cyton board .?
