• Thanks for your support. But it still doesn't work! I installed OpenBCI Hub v2.0.2.  there is an error message as follows "OpenBCIHub Fatal Error", "LIBUSB_ERROR_NOT_SUPPORTED"

• I installed OpenBCI GUI v3,3,2 with zadig 2.3 following the installation guide. But once click "Bluetooth(CSR Dongle)", "Failed to start Ganglion BLE Driver" messge shows. my laptop uses Windows 10.  anyone help ? Thanks
