I have moved to middle of the room in the sofa away from electrical stuff apart from the light above my head. Changed notch to 50 but still no difference. It does not detect teeth grind, blink or eyes shut either.

Where is the RFDLoader? Mac rejected Arduino, Windows I already god knows how many versions installed, Linux requires RFDLoader, link on the OpenBCI website is broken.

Just to bring the topic up to date for anyone with same issues, the suggestions about changing channels did not work, WJCroft suggested updating to V2 which I am attempting now.
