Ganglion GUI Software is not working

I recently purchased the Ganglion hardware.I have tried to install the BCI GUI software on 5 different PCs running Windows 7, 8 and 10. None of the installs are working. I just get a black screen. I am extremely frustrated. Please advise.

What dongle are you using, CSR or BLED112? Zadig? Have you tried installing the Processing IDE version of the GUI?

All of these versions of Windows, especially the Win 7, will work better with the BLED112,
