Ganglion not connecting with GUI

Hi all,

I bought EEG headband along with Ganglion Board. Also, I got Bluetooth CSR 4.0 along with it. I need to connect ganglion board with the GUI. But it is not showing in the application regarding my board. I am using Windows 10. I connected the bluetooth dongle and opened GUI and try the search option in Live from ganglion. But it is not showing.

Kindly help me

The current recommendation is that the BLED112 dongle is much easier to connect than the CSR dongle. Soon the BLED112 will replace the CSR in the online store. Until then you can order from a number of suppliers, such as Digikey, Mouser, etc. Check the electronics distributors closest to your country.
