Getting Digital Read in LSL stream with OpenBCI

After downloading and following the instructions for OpenBCI_LSL repository from (https://github.com/OpenBCI/OpenBCI_LSL) (Instructions from http://docs.openbci.com/3rd Party Software/04-LSL)
Does anyone know how to get the Digital Read data into the LSL stream by making changes on the commad line prompt?
There's no proper documentation regarding different command
