Ganglion not recognized in Open BCI GUI on Windows 10

I have tried both the CSR dongle and the BLED112 dongle, neither are being recognized. I have made sure my bluetooth is connected and am using the latest release (August 2018). I have gotten these both to work on another computer but am unable to get it on this one. Any ideas? Thanks.

    What is the make / model / year of your laptop that is not working? Of the laptop that IS working? Windows 10 versions?


    When you insert the BLED112 dongle, do you see the COM port show up in the Device Manager?

    Have you tried running the GUI from Processing instead of the standalone?
