Channel locations and data matrix in Matlab

Hello everyone,
I am using Cyton and Daisy board with gold cup electrodes. I am doing a neurofeedback study, for this reason I am using LSL in Matlab to stream the data. The saved data are in a matrix array (time X channels). How can I know which cell array in the matrix corresponds to my electrodes locations (electrodes on the scalp). I would like to understand this because once I import the data into EEGLAB and then, I import channel location file, I would like to be sure that e.g., channel 1 in the matrix corresponds to the right electrode location I chose (e.g., F3).
