Not able to program Cyton/Radio [due to faulty program upload on PIC32 toggling PGC pin]

Hi,

I uploaded a program on PIC32 (OpenBCI v3 - Fall 2014) which toggles the PGC PIN LOW/HIGH w/ delay of 1s.
I'm not able to program radio firmware (on Device) and not even PIC32 (over air). However, I'm successfully able to program Host radio (on RESET mode).

I read in this link later, https://github.com/OpenBCI/Docs/blob/master/Deprecated Docs/04-OpenBCI_Radio_Firmware.md, that PGCpin is somehow related to the bootloader code of radios. Could it be a problem while reprogramming PIC or device radio?

I've checked my connections well, followed the tutorial guidelines perfectly. To re-check if I've not destroyed the device radio, can someone help me out to guide through a test which could ensure the proper functioning of radio?

Thanks,
Mohit
