In the bottom right window of the GUI, click themenu and select "Digital Read.
Click the blue button below it saying "Turn Digital Read On".
Whenever you click the "Prog" button on the Cyton board you should see the D17 circle light up green. This means the trigger is working and recording.
If you want to wire up your own clicker, wire it to the D17 socket on the top of the Cyton board.
