Simulation of the circuit

Hi,
I am trying to make the Cyton board. After drawing the schematic, is there any way I can do SPICE simulation of the circuit? The SPICE models of some of the devices are not available, like the ADS1299. I am using Autodesk Eagle for SPICE simulation.

Is there any other way to verify the circuit?

    It would be extremely complex and I think beyond the ability of simulation software, to simulate Cyton. Because of the three microcontroller chips, firmware, and associated peripheral chips like the ADS. 

    Are you trying to design your own board, or use the OpenBCI PC board layouts? Do you realize the RFduino has reached EOL end of life status, and not in stock at most distributors?

    Thank you @wjcroft for the response. 
    I am trying to make a clone of Cyton with some modifications. I will be not be using RFduino. 

    Models of microcontrollers are available, but I don't have the model of ADS1299. Even TI is not the SPICE model of ADS1299. 
     I really wanted to do the simulation before going for the PCB fabrication. Is there any way to do it?

    My impression is that the critical aspects in a EEG amplifier, which is microvolt sensitive, is (following TI guidelines) the quality of your power and ground planes, star grounding, etc., careful routing of the digital and analog signals so there is not crosstalk, etc. These are all hard things to simulate; maybe advanced simulators can do that, I don't know. Remember you also have the whole firmware aspect as well to simulate. Seems best to do some prototype boards. Aren't PC board fab companies now offering very inexpensive small quantities?

    I have done the simulation of circuits having a microcontroller with firmware. Also, as you mentioned, PCB fabrication is relatively cheap. But ADS1299 is quite costly and I have just two of them with me. I

    There are breakout boards,



    But such a breakout would not be accurate in terms of crosstalk, planes, etc.

    Ok... I'll try to get one of these. Thanks for your help. 

    I really can't stop wondering how the simulation was performed for developing Cyton and Daisy boards.
