Linux / Windows does not recognize the dongle when I connecting it

Unlike other discussions in the forum, the dongle does not turn on the blue light when I connect it.
In Windows 10, it tells me that it does not recognize the device, but it does not allow me to change the FTDI driver (I installed it and did all the steps).
In Linux there is no difference, it does not turn on either.
Recently I plugged it into a Mac and turned on the blue light. As far as I know, it's not burned.
I have no idea how to make it work.

    Angelo, hi.

With the Windows and Linux test that you did, was this the same physical machine, just running different operating systems? If so, can you try on another completely different PC? It's possible there is something odd with the usb or usb ports.

With the Mac, can you go ahead and try installing / running the GUI, to see if it recognizes the dongle and Cyton?

    Thanks,

    William
