Neurofeedback Study using OpenBCI, Matlab, and Psychtoolbox

Hello Everyone,

I bought OpenBCI Cyton + Daisy biosensing board (to connect with Gold Cup Electrodes) to be implemented for my PhD Study. I would like to have some suggestions in order to connect the openBCI Board to my Matlab (and Psychtoolbox) script experiment...

The idea is to implement EEG Neurofeedback (throughout the use of the cyton board) during the performance of a cognitive task (that I programmed using
Matlab and Psychtoolbox). I would like to connect this script with the EEG signal (giving a neurofeedback of the brain activity) during the execution
of the cognitive task... Which toolbox should I use in Matlab? BCILAB?

I would like to give a feedback of brain activity to the participant during the performance of the cognitive task.

I hope I made my point clear... Any suggestions are welcome

Not sure if you have done any search on this, but I just ran across Arno Delorme's Github,

Arno is the author of EEGLAB, an absolute wizard in the EEG / BCI community.

I realize you are using Matlab for your work, but this tutorial shows how (relatively simple) neurofeedback can done using BrainBay and Cyton.

Hi! I tried to use Psytoolbox and Matlab, but it was quite straightforward, so i decided to use LSL and Openvibe or Bioera. It was the less time and code consuming approach.
What is exactly your idea?

I tried with

The http://opennft.org/ is for fMRI paradigms, and i'm not sure if it supports as well EEG.
