Need help selecting new electrodes

Hello everybody,

I am using an OpenBCI Cyton to do motor imagery tasks. I have well received all the stuff I bought and all is working well. I am also using openVibe for the classifiers. Now, I am wondering how to get a comfortable BCI. I am currently working on a specific design and I am now focusing on electrodes.

I have read a review (from 2018) about dry and wet electrodes and it seems that dry electrodes are OK for very simple tasks like a one-command MI BCI. But if more precision is needed, it appears to be less useful. So the best electrodes seems (robustness and efficiency) to be the wet electrodes and some gel for comfort (compared to Ten20 paste).

To make my own opinion about that I want to buy some electrodes of each type and make some tests. But I am very new in this field so I am not confident about it, can anyone tell me what he or she thinks of the following material please ?

Wet electrodes
->I already have gold cups

Active wet electrodes
Didn't found some, does anyone have some links ?

Dry electrodes

Those seems to be very good but I wonder if it is compatible with OpenBCI wires :

Gel

Syringe for gel

Ear clip

Electrode replacement for ear clip

Moreover, can anyone tell me what is the difference between reusable and disposable electrodes please? Excuse me if the answer is obvious, as I am not English or American maybe it is not so obvious to me.

Thank you in advance for your help, and may the force by with you.
