COM Port connection with FTDI Driver, This device cannot start. (Code 10) error

I have a problem installing the FTDI drivers to COM ports. I'm using MacBook botcamped windows 10 pro and Bluetooth dongle. Macbook has bluetooth but I'm using dongle also and zadig re-installed the winUSB drivers.

I tried to follow this tutorial but interesting thing is when I plug bluetooth dongle in there's no port opening from COM Ports in Device Manager,

So the port 23 is created from bluetooth settings (shown below)

I didn't understand this line from tutorial "Connect the OpenBCI dongle to the computer and power ON the OpenBCI board." ?

What might be missing?

Mert, hi.

Ganglion does not use a COM port, are you sure you are following this tutorial?

Another recent Bootcamp user had success. Be sure you have a dongle with the Cambridge (CSR) firmware,
