OpenBCI GUI showing white screen on Linux when I try to open it

When I open the GUI, it loads a white screen and it goes to 30 fps. Nothing ever happens past this point. Can anyone point out what could possibly be going wrong and how to fix this before my equipment arrives? Here is a pic linked below that shows what is going on in the terminal when I do this. Thanks

In other OSes, blank or black screen usually means you are not using the latest OpenGL compatible graphics drivers for your laptop.

The errors shown on your screenshot, some are because of OpenGL.

Check on the website of your hardware manufacturer.

Can you try on another laptop?

Can you try another laptop or installing from source into the Processing IDE?

@wjcroft this is the error I get when I try to load it, also this is on my windows computer. I stopped fooling with ubuntu and even my windows computer has the white screen.

Which GUI version is this? Are you running the pre-built version, or are you running from the Processing IDE (as suggested above)? If running from Processing does not resolve, log an issue at:
