Hello,
Can I upload 'RadioHost32bit.ino' with and Arduino Uno instead of options here? If yes, any tips on how?
Also when uploading this code, the board needs to be on PC right?

I've tried several times, now I am considering soldering the pins to the board

This definitely means you are not holding them down. Try putting the pins through a header to make your life easier.
