Daisy reference electrode connections

I have an UltraCortex Mark IV 16-channels. I could not find in the OpenBCI documents any clear explanation on how the reference electrodes (ear electrodes) are supposed to be connected. After searching through the forum I am just more confused. Should the SRB channels be connected to the ref electrodes? Should the BIAS channel be connected to one of the references? Both? How many Y connectors? ONE Y connector to connect ONE ear ref electrode to the 2 SRBs on the daisy and main board? But what about the other ear? Does this means two Y's are needed: one for connecting the two ears' electrodes and the other Y for splitting the ref over SRBs on daisy and main board. BTW. No Y wires were included in my Ultra Mark IV 16-channel kit...

Do you have any suggestion for a supplier of Y cables or people just make them by themselves? Are these cables supposed to be included in the 16-channel kit?

@wjcroft, thank you for your answer. As far as I understand, I need to 2 Y cables. don't you? I had one from the box, seems like I need to make other.

No, only one Y-cable is needed for the Reference. Bias does not need a Y.
