bootloader ready led?

@biomurph: is the bootloader-ready LED supposed to blink at about twice a second?  That is what I am seeing.
Also, that is what is coming up immediately after power-up; doing the reset/pgd button sequence just immediately does the same thing.
I just want to confirm that the boot-loader I just installed on an fresh IC is behaving correctly.

    SOLVED:  The answer is yes, a new chip will behave as described.  I've successfully loaded the cyton code and it runs.
