How to do an impedance check?

We know the OpenBCI system is a high impedance system b/c there is no electrode gel to help in conducting the electrical signal from the scalp to the electrode. If the impedance/resistance is too high, the quality of the signal will be too poor to use. According to Ohm's Law, Voltage = (Current)(Resistance). How do we do an impedance check to show the resistance in the EEG signal?
