Can you try restating your question? I do not understand what you are trying to do. Just guessing here, but are you attempting to have your EEG emulate the type of X Y motion control that is possible from a wired mouse? All coming in on the OpenBCI dongle? Wow, that is extremely ambitious. :-)
As something more down to earth, take a look at the P300 speller tutorial threads.
There are some threads on the Community section of the main site, which do course control of X and Y (for example a very constrained maze geometry.) But this is no where near a generalized mouse interface.
