Ganglion GUI Cannot Stream Data Live On Mac / FTDI driver version

Hi everyone,

I have bought a Ganglion OpenBCI Board to analyse EEG data in real time. I have explored the documentation and installed the GUI for macOS as well as pysls, library for live streaming of the data, which does not seem to work properly on mac. What solution would you recommend for this kind of situation?

Installing VCP version 2.2.18 from http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm solves my problem.

Note version 2.4.2 doesn't help here.

Apologies for my failure to communicate. There seemed to be clear incompatibility between macOS and a library called bluepy (in charge of Bluetooth LE), so I gave up.

I am now using https://github.com/OpenBCI/OpenBCI_NodeJS_Ganglion and it seems to work fine for now (receiving packets), have not done proper careful checks yet. In case it does not, I will keep you posted.
