Dongle of Cyton 8 bit broken.

I did use OpenBCI for a year. It is worked fine yesterday. Today, my PC did not respond to dongle anymore.

1. cannot find com port in device manager. it is not shown up once I plug dongle in.

2. re-install FTDI driver did not work anymore.

3. blue led light of dongle is always on

4. also cannot find com port in openbcigui.

Similar thing is happened to two PC. Is dongle broken ?

How can I get the new one ? because there is no more 8 bit board in shop . How to find new dongle or to solve this problem?

Have you tried reflashing the dongle? Instructions are here,

There is no com port once I plug the dongle. Can I do re flash?

Have you tried rebooting the PC, or tried a different laptop?
