How to connect Openbci GUi to arduino

I recently bought an OPenbci board, and I want to control the imoov robotic arm. How can I send the information of when to turn on and when to turn off?

Can you please explain to me the steps on how i can detect a signal then send it to the arduino through the serial port. I read ever projectbut i still can't do it. There wasn't any good tutorials teaching how to make the connection between Openbci gui and arduino.

No tutorials exist, you can study Chip's code for the Hexbug. In the code he constructs an alpha bandpass (8-12) hz filter, then measures the amplitude of that band. When it crosses a threshold, the code is triggered which sends commands out through the Arduino on the COM port.

Actually on re-reading his blog, he just uses the FFT built into the GUI. FFT produces a histogram style array with each 'bin' representing the amplitude at that frequency. Blog post goes over the processing, so you should be able to follow that in his Github code.
