3-D printer build area for Mark IV Headset

I'm considering the purchase of a 3-D printer exclusively for the built-it-yourself option for the Ultracortex Mark IV.  Could someone tell me what size of build area is required for the printer?

    The width of the of the medium frame is 193mm. With margin for support, you should look for a printer 200mm or greater. I recommend a Prusa i3 based system, which tend to be around 220mm. Be aware that many combinations of printer, extruder, material, and print settings have trouble printing tiny features like the frame cross section. This is because extrusion may not resume immediately after movement, weakening the print. Mark IV production was done mostly on Makerbot Rep2 and Lulzbot for their reliability in this aspect.
