Saline Electrodes Possible with Electrocap?

Can you do saline electrodes with the electrocap? What is the advantage to saline (is it antibacterial, always ready, less hassle than paste, better signals through hair)? I haven't seen much that is pre-made expect the velcrow like system with shamwow or the futurehealth expensive ones with rings and white plastic sponges is it? Not looking to do the soldering myself, would like something stable.

re: advantages

Can be more comfortable for long sessions than dry combs. Somewhat less movement artifact. Works well with Ag-AgCl infralow frequency protocols. No paste cleanup. The velcro based system is described here,

re: electrocap

The snaps shown above on the Neuroelectrics would not mate directly with Electrocap. But could work well with the g.tec cap (g.GAMMAcap). In other words any cap that just has plain holes at the 10-20 sites. You would use the ECG leads with matching female snap connector (on the outside of the cap). A downside of the Neuroelectrics is that I'm not sure what metals they use, snap looks like aluminum, but could be stainless. More typical would be gold or tin or Ag-AgCl. Their page states they are intended for tDCS. So may not work with EEG.
