Not receiving signal (no error message about COM or timeout)

in OpenBCI_GUI
I have a trouble obtaining data by OpenBCI_GUI.

It seems okay to open openBCI GUI. I am sure there is no problem with connection dongle and openBCI ( No error message about COM or timeout)

But Very Very strangely, if click the "start data stream", it does not respond, and just keep quite, not showing any graph.

Do you have any ideas what's happening in the openBCI, and.. if I fix this, how can I deal with?

    Hmm... are you sure the switches are in the correct position on your board and dongle? That is, make sure you're not in LE mode. Are you able to connect via coolterm or over serial in any other way?
