Simulink 'Arduino' support for OpenBCI?

As in title: has anybody ever tried to use the OpenBCI platform with the mentioned software (by Mathworks)?

I've seen an Arduino support package, but it seems (as far as I could google) that it doesn't work with the chipKIT platform implemented in OBCI...

So apparently the Simulink "Arduino Support" package allows you to run Simulink 'models' inside the microcontroller.

I haven't seen any posts on this. On the other hand LabView support is available. Model simulation vs. realtime lab instrumentation is not the same animal, I realize. But LabView has huge signal processing and UI capabilities, and these all run on the laptop, not requiring any custom firmware on the OpenBCI board.

@wjcroft, thank you for your answer.

I already use the labview toolkit provided here https://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-40837, but I was looking for Simulink support because the latter is capable of directly programming the targeted embedded system - not only controlling it from the PC.

I'd like to build a completely stand alone BCI system, but as far as I know I can't do that through Labview due to the fact stated above!

Because the DSP signal processing capability of microcontrollers can be limited, offloading that to a more capable host has advantages. As an example of simple alpha magnitude detection, have you looked at Hassan's AlphaWave?

Another route would be something like a Raspberry Pi which accepts our dongle on the usb port.
