"WProgram.h: No such file or directory", from IDE

Hi everybody, i have some trouble to upload the code to openBCI board. I have follow closely the guide:

But, i receive this problem in the arduino IDE:

Arduino:1.6.7 (Windows 10), Scheda:"Arduino/Genuino Uno"

At this link, i forgot to install the test buils...
