Unknown Noise Source while Recording EEG with 16 channels
We are recording EEG from a 32 bit board using Ultracortex Mark III. While recording we observe a peak at about 75 Hz apart from the power line noise at 50Hz. We observe a similar peak while recording from gold cup electrodes with 16 channels, but such a peak is not present when recording with 8 channels.
Can anyone tell us why is it so?
We usually record in labs with a lot of PCs around but then why such a peak is not there while using 8 channels? In that case we only observe power line noise and its harmonics.
