Design Spark Settings

 Hello we are creating our own BCI and would like to edit the PCB design slightly. When we download the .pcb files into design spark we can get everything up and showing and ready for edit however when we do a design rule check their seems to be many errors immediately with the current design. This seems to just be an error in the default settings of design spark. Is there certain settings that you have available for us to use in the software to avoid these design rule errors? We are getting a lot of silkscreen errors and component errors with an immediate design rule check with Design Sparks default settings. Do you have the .prj files available to download with the settings you used for your design?
