tutorial "blue LED blinks 3 times"

Dear all,

I've bought an openBCI 32-bit board kit and try to follow the Tutorial from the web. In Getting start section 4:

I cannot see blue LED blink 3 times, just turn on, and my batteries are all new. I just open new package of battery. I think it's full battery. What can I do to make blue LED blink? or I do something wrong. Please kindly tell me. thanks.

@Wuming , hi. This should be corrected in the tutorial. Only the 8 bit board blinks 3 times. The chipKIT board does not, it just turns on and stays on. So assuming you have the 32 bit board, it is just fine.

I believe @conor_obci or other staff may update that section of the tutorial.
