Connect bluetooth RFduino 22301 to controller Arduino Due
Arduino Due has USB host http://www.arduino.cc/en/Reference/USBHost
Both, bluetooth RFduino 22301 and controller Arduino Due, are 32-bit ARM and programming thru Arduino IDE.
How to get data from OpenBCI thru bluetooth RFduino 22301 to controller Arduino Due?
Next, I will use this data to convert it in pattern of vibrations for Sensory Substitution.

When you say "bluetooth RFduino 22301" are you referring to the RFduino's on our dongle or main board? The OpenBCI RFduino's do not use Bluetooth, but something called Gazelle from Nordic. Bluetooth Low Energy BLE is not generally fast enough for the amount of data involved. And the RFduino's do not speak other versions of Bluetooth besides BLE. So Gazelle is the only option.
Easiest is just plug our dongle into your USB host port.
