Can you clarify? By "end sleeve", you mean the short wire with connector, that screws into the rear of the electrode holder?
The technical name for the nut in the rear of the holder, that fastens to the wire is 'crimp nut'.

I believe that OpenBCI nows sells complete electrode holder units, as replacements for broken parts. The email address above would have pricing and details.
