Completely portable EEG (to integrate with Kernel fNIRS)
Hello everyone
I'm new here - and appreciate any advice.
I tried searching for "mobile", "Portable" and "freely moving" but couldn't see any specific portable systems built on top of the cap bundle system - like this one:

Can anyone point me to hardware or DIY efforts towards this? We are in the process of adapting a Kernel fNIRS and making it portable - and would love to use OpenBCI systems.
Thanks in advance,
Cat

Hi Cat,
First, I hope you have emailed sales at openbci.com and have some individual counseling on your requirements. If you are utilizing Kernel fNIRS, that is certainly a very high end project. For staff reference, here are your impressive websites:

As far as 'freely moving, portable', you did not specify 'how' portable you require: within a building or needing cellular range? This project below comes to mind, posted on our Community page a few years ago. It sends out the EEG data over Wifi. There are also Pi extension boards that enable cellular phone data streaming. But not incorporated in this particular project.

The Galea system can also stream over Wifi, using various protocols.
