I want to do Alpha/Theta training.
Which device is recommended. Are there any protocols/ pipelines/ that I can use.
I am pretty technical, and can play with software and programming.

I searched for prepared design, that I can import to software. For example in opendvibe, and hard to find.
There are a wide range of alpha-theta protocols in the clinical field. But offhand I do not know of any canned design in the above platforms. Basically you want to reward both alpha (8-12 Hz) and theta bands (4-7) simultaneously, each with a different reward sound. This is an eyes closed protocol. Single channel, electrode at Pz with ear lobe as reference. Other ear lobe is ground.
