Why don't you email to [email protected] and ask how much stock they expect to have from the 1st manufacturing run -- after Kickstarter and followup orders are shipped? You can also ask for an estimate of when the Fullfillment center will be caught up.
Post the reply back here.
I'm suggesting this so you are likely to get a fast answer. Since Conor and Joel are juggling many tasks, they may not see all the many questions posted here on the forum.
32 bit boards are currently listed as "Add to cart" but after I paid, and was finishing checking out, the shipping method said something about "preorder". If the 32 bit boards are not in stock, and 8 bit boards are, I'd want to change my order to an 8 bit board. I tried emailing contact@ but have not heard back yet. Is that still the best way to get in touch?
Hi , Is there a method to check the status of shipments? I pre-ordered an openBCI 32 bit board in November. I didn't get an updates on the shipping status yet. Is there a method to contact openBCI apart from their email address? a telephone number?
We had a problem when we switched to new customer management software, and emails were not getting replied to in a timely fashion. That issue has been addressed.
We had to pull the 32bit out of stock as we came close to the end so that we did not sell what we don't have. Now that the Kickstarter rewards are all shipped, and we know how many we have, we will put them back in stock. check back soon.
I love your work, and am excited to get more involved. It seems like there are some difficulties with getting the 32bit boards with daisy chain boards out. I have done some surface mount soldering, and would be willing to assemble a board of my own, would it be possible to buy some PCBs for the 32-bit and daisy chain module from you?
