Cyton Board and Headset Issues

I am currently working with two Cytons using the dongle method (as opposed to the wi-fi method). Unfortunately, one of the Cyton boards randomly lose connection after recording data, will lag for a few seconds, then crash. On another note, I was also having trouble connecting the two dongles to each other. I've tried changing the batteries on each headset, and ensuring the dongles are close enough to the headsets when connecting, but am unsure of how to continue.

    Have you emailed to Customer Support? At (contact at openbci.com.) Especially if this is a recent purchase.

    It is not clear what you mean by connecting the two dongles. Are you trying to use both Cyton's at the same time in the same room? In that case you need to switch the radio channels on one of the Cyton's, along with it's dongle.
