European eShop?

Hello,
There are many times that I have considered purchasing some products from your eshop but then I am discouraged from the negative feedback I hear from friends purchasing products outside of europe in general.
Custom taxes costing almost as the product itself and extra shipping time. I never understood how and if those can be calculated before buying any product and if this is guaranteed.
Are there any plans on creating a european store? I guess I would not be the only one asking for it.
