Shielding board to reduce EMF interference
I've been using the Cyton board for some time and EMF interference is a problem. The best solution provided in this forum has been to change location, make sure no other devices are powered, etc. However, this is not always feasible. I was wondering:
- Would it be possible to shield the board and dongle to reduce EMF interference?
- Is there any hardware modification that could be done in the board?
- Any updates on if/when the Wifi shield will be available? It hasn't been in the store for more than 1 year

Skiria, hi.
One of the frequent suggestions is to simply use a usb extension cord to place the dongle CLOSER to the Cyton mainboard. Have you tried this? For example you could even pin the dongle on your clothing, below the Cyton.

Yes, I tried the extension cord. I'm still experiencing packet loss (although less frequent than without using it).
Have you tried different radio channels settings for dongle / mainboard?
