    Hi Martin,

Are you referring to 'neurofeedback'? This is a form of biofeedback using brainwaves. Different protocols exist, depending on goals. It is a huge field, and I'd encourage you do some web searching to see what might resonate with you.

    re: 'transmit' signals for ...

The OpenBCI equipment does not 'transmit' EEG to the brain. EEG is only received through sensors on the scalp, which then can be recorded or used in applications such as brain computer interfaces or neurofeedback.

There are some threads here on the Forum related to neurofeedback, but they are pretty high level and require a fair amount of technical detail.

You may be better off with an existing consumer packaged product such as Muse, which comes with Android and iOS apps giving the biofeedback training for your goals.

    Hi William,

Thank you very much for your reply.

Yes, I think, biofeedback is what I need.

I will have a look into these options!

Sorry, do you know if biofeedback is popular amongst the general public? Have you tried it yourself??

    Sincerely,
    Martin Chung

Yes, biofeedback and neurofeedback are quite popular. And many home training options exist. Yes, I have provided neurofeedback services for clients in office settings. But with new equipment advances, training yourself at home is quite a bit less expensive than doing one-on-one sessions with a neurofeedback practitioner.

Oh, I see..... I will have a look into these.

That's really impressive, some companies are really on it.

Thanks again for your help, William! ????
