Ganglion as a server ?
Can a sensor with a USB adapter connect to a ganglion remotely using it as a server. This way we only use the sensor we buy without the ganglion because the ganglion is a server we won't have to buy. The USB gold cup sensor can connect to a ganglion server through the internet.

The Ganglion is not designed as a an internet or usb 'server'. It has firmware that listens for a Bluetooth connection from the Ganglion dongle (BLED112). Then the laptop program transfers the EEG data stream over this Bluetooth link. The protocol data format is described here:

The above sentence seems very 'circular', and does not really correspond to the reality of how Ganglion works.
Additionally there is no such equipment as a "usb gold cup sensor". EEG equipment requires certain components which amplify the microvolt level signals. The gold cup electrode / sensor does not have this amplifier, and hence cannot connect to anything other than an EEG amplifier (which Ganglion and Cyton are.)

No. The most important point noted above, is the fact that you cannot attach electrodes / sensors, to anything other than an EEG amplifier. Both Cyton and Ganglion are amplifiers that allow microvolt level signals to be digitized. There is no such thing as a "usb electrode sensor". All EEG sensors are first connected to an amplifier / digitizer. There is no way around that.

Can open bci make a deal with Microsoft to embed the ganglion in their motherboards. To create bci ready computers
(1) Microsoft does not make motherboards, other companies do this. Well, Microsoft does make the Surface computers, but these are a very small segment of the market.
(2) The most optimal and easy to use BCI interfaces connect via usb or wireless, just as OpenBCI products do. Computer companies would not add extra chips and hardware, unless the majority of their customers required it. Such additional hardware would increase the base cost of the computer.
